It can be tough to get midweek meal inspiration, because the last thing you want to be doing when you’ve been at work is standing over a hot stove.
But one woman shared a 10-minute meal that she makes for her husband each week to help them “stay fit and lean”.
Hannah, who posts on TikTok as @hannahsykesburch, said she starts out by cutting up one onion.
"You’re gonna chop this into pretty small pieces, and then throw it in a pan and saute it until the onions are translucent," she said.
Hannah explained: "Then you can add fresh garlic, or some garlic powder to the pan and then I use one pound of grass-fed ground beef."

She said she uses 15% fat, but you can opt for "something that’s a little bit more lean" – if that’s what you’d prefer.
Hannah continued: "I added salt, pepper, and once the ground beef was cooked all the way through I added a can of tomato paste.I use about a half cup of Mexican cheese, but you can actually use any cheese that you like.
"Then I cut up this green bell pepper and add it more towards the end because I think it gives it a better texture."
After she cooked it for "two more minutes" and placed it in a bowl on a bed of rice.

Hannah said: "That is it, it’s such a good, healthy dinner."
In the comments, someone wrote: "I do this but with zucchini instead of bell pepper!" Hannah replied saying she would try that to "switch it up".
Another claimed they’d just tried her recipe, claiming it was "delish".
"Add green olives and take out the cheese and you have picadillo," a TikToker added.
And someone else praised: "I made this tonight and it was sooooo good thank you."
